Just realizing the music cuts in too early and you can’t hear the rest of what I was saying around 1:20! 🤦🏽‍♀️ I say I bought the plates on Amazon which is what we used to pull from for the rest of the decor for the theme. Also, that once the plans are finalized then it’s time to execute! Then we show the behind the scenes of bringing it to life the day-of!! Thanks for watching! 🙏🏽🥰 Also the arch is not out work. Client booked this with another vendor prior to finding us, so that’s why balloon work/colors isn’t cohesive.

I think some people are not cut out to be event planners because they just are unable to plan things ahead and they take things one day at a time (related to the second one) or they are not very detail-oriented. More long-term planning is difficult for me but I'm working on it. It's best to work backwards from the event and decide when different things need to be done so that everything is done on time, and allow yourself extra time in case things go wrong.

I'm an event coordinator for a non-profit association and I wouldn't be good at wedding planning or coming up with good ideas for decor, but I'm good with behind-the-scenes details.

I’m just curious, do you pop the balloons or reuse them? I hate popping them but unsure if there’s a proper way to undo the balloons to use again. lol

All of these are rare in my area (small town)…but I’m wanting to bring more here when it comes to nice decorations for events. The only decorator in my town only focus on tables and small decor. I’ve been binge watching a lot of party decor and balloon decorations lately. I love doing the balloon garlands and decorating for my family parties already.
